Business yoga
Employees are the most important asset of a company. In today’s business world burn out syndrome is common, employees are often de-motivated and work-life balance is off. Sitting for hours in an office or in front of a computer leads to lack of movement and malposition in the body. As employer you can do a lot for the satisfaction and health of your staff.
Yoga supports and promotes decrease in stress levels and general balance (emotional and physical). The exercise sequences are specifically aligned to the requirements of the busy work day with the aim to relax, to strengthen, to refresh and to focus.
The offer ranges from classes in the evening or morning, shorter lunch classes (45 minutes) to 2 – 3 hour workshops e.g. about “Yoga at the work place”.
